Diagnose and repair malfunctioning refrigerator.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
After a previous dealer mis-diagnosed our frig problem, We went to Camping World in Albuquerque. American RV is co-located with Camping World and provides maintenance service to both sides of the operation. American's folks figured out our problem in about five minutes. Kudo's to Master Tech Pat Colder and his sidekick Gary Wyatt. Kudo's also to Jeff, senior service writer of Camping World, for cutting thru the red tape to get warranty work done. This location showed great cooperation in working with me to find a solution. Our Dometic frig, which was freezing everything for months, now works very well.
