| Service Performed: | Our refrigerator went out while camping at Shelbyville, IL. I went to Norcold's web site and found out Countryside was a service center. The owner took the time to walk me through all of the codes to try to help me get going immediately. It turned out that the fans quit working. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The fans arrived as promised and were replaced much quicker than promised. The weather was in the 100's. Great Service! | ||
