Unable to make our first appointment stuck out of state.
They phoned morning of appointment to remind us to reschedule. We did. The technician was stuck in traffic they apologized said he'd be there in 15 minutes. The technician apologized and completed the service and cleaned area where dripped for oil change. Satisfied with the bill and workmanship. |

| Service Performed: | Removed and repaired LP fired Genset that had a frozen bearing. Replaced. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Got me into the shop in 2 days (impressive), did exactly what I requested, treated me fairly and finished quickly at a fair price. Excellent techs-I talked to several and watched them quickly diagnose 3 problems (of other RV'ers). | ||
