Had no clue about performing an M2 maintenance on my Freightliner XC chassis. Showed them the maintenance chart in the Freightliner service manual, their response was "never heard or seen anything like that."
They are listed as an Oasis Center but yet they have no idea what needs to be done on a Freightliner motor home chassis. |

| Service Performed: | Engine would not shut down. They had to track down the source of ignition feedback that was keeping the ignition power relay powered. Replaced ignition switch and module. | ||
