  Service Performed:   We had some trim fixed, door off hinges fixed, and a water heater leak fixed. They had to order new trim boards for the
camper due to some water damage. We dropped it off July 8th, on July 13th I was called asking if I knew about the back-end
damage to our camper, after saying I didn't know what he was talking about, they sent me some pictures. After going back
and forth now for over two weeks to try to resolve this damage issue, they are saying damage occurring to a camper while at
their location is not their responsibility. When we questioned them about how it couldn't be their responsibility, this is
the email I received.

Our service manager spoke with your husband today and he want the camper set out front so you can come and pick it up.
Please let me know when you will be getting it and I will have it set out front with your name tagged on the hitch.

So, If you are looking to buy a camper from a customer friendly establishment, DO NOT BUY FROM PLEASURELAND. SERVICE IS
HORRIBLE, and they don't take responsibility for there errors or mistakes.

  Service Performed:   When doing the walk through the first time the stove did not work they had to take parts from other Outback new trailer to try to fix. Also during walk
through the TV did not work so they took a part from another new Outback trailer to fix that, TV still not working. At that time we discovered the flooring
was torn. That we had to leave for two weeks to repair, they claimed the flooring was repaired however they just melted it so it looks like a blob of candle

We arrived to load up trailer weeks later, filthy, as if it had actually been used. At this point the next morning transport was scheduled to pick up trailer for
transport to Az. Pleasureland "TODD" assured us the trailer is perfect he's been through every inch. Well we are now in Apache Junction AZ , and we have
no heat, the fan would only stay on high no change when you turn it to low so we called Pleasureland" Todd "Hung up on us, then another person called us
and said "even though the wall mechanism says high or low there is only one fan speed" yes that's right , which begs the question why have a choice of
High or Low on the wall if there is no such thing" He had no answer.

Then we informed him fuses are missing, TV still did not work, lights on outside of trailer are burned out. Yes burned out. We at that point told him we
suspected the trailer had been used. We explained bulbs are missing, fuses are missing, caps on the cover of propane tank cover are missing. Hence the
reason we said it had been used or cannibalized. He very adamantly explained they would never take parts from one trailer to fix another. He was not
aware of the 3 hours we spent the first walk through waiting at trailer with them while they cannibalized other new outback trailers to fix ours.

Pleasureland would not give us the contact for manufacturer, they would give us nothing. All the manuals in the packet in the trailer are manuals to
nothing that is in our trailer. We contacted Keystone and they informed us we had to take it back to Pleasureland in Mn for the warranty repairs. We now
have an RV dealer in Apache Junction trying to help us. Apparently there is a dealer that has some interest in helping a customer. I will spend everyday,
every minute to my last breath making people aware of what has happened to us. I am sleeping in a trailer with a bedroom door that won't lock "God only
knows what part of that door is missing" the storage compartment under bed is unusable because the shocks that hold it up are broken, so you have to
sleep sideways on bed because once it opened it won't close. THEY ARE NOT THE LEAST BIT CONCERNED ABOUT IT BECAUSE WE PAID THEM CASH AND

  Service Performed:   Slide problem and a couple other minor issues.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Had the rig over 2 weeks. Billed me for work not approved that the extended warranty did not cover. Did not complete other items on the work order. Held me hostage (on a Fri. eve at 7pm after driving 3 hrs to pick up the coach) to either pay the bill or come back Monday and argue with the management! NEVER will go back!!!
