I thought these guys were going to actually do something. Come to find out they are no better than the cobbled up mess at former Travel Supreme. I received an assumed diagnosis on the Aqua-Hot. Their solution on the loss of power to the entertainment center was to run a wire to the basement outlet, Bishop took 3 days to hire a laid off Monaco Painter to fix the scratches on compartment doors, not the insurance portion. I found out that Travel Supreme never painted there own units also that Travel Supreme suppliers made a lot of repairs at the service facility-not Travel Supremes shop, so how can they know anything. Supreme Owners need to realize the reason Travel Supreme closed the doors.... Is it that the service facility could not fix items correctly. So why do we now think that Supreme RV knows what they are doing now? By the way I inspected the progress the following Monday disappointed on the paint repairs, I decided to ask for proof of Business Insurance just looking for a reason to pull my unit... And I will consider the 2k a learning experience. I brought my unit to the Master Tech facility in Elkhart where my problems were addressed. My insurance company gladly issued a new check. The other band-aids that Supreme RV put on were corrected and now I am a happy camper and will return to Master Tech.

I have used them for different service requirements. They fixed the Thermal Relay on the water heater this time.
