  Date of Service:   4/20/2017
  Company Contact:   Cliff
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Diagnosed why rear air bags not inflating on Spartan chassis Winnebago Ultimate Advantage 38 foot RV.
Replaced valve for rear airbag system at the roadside. Cliff took at least 3 phone calls with me asking questions trying to
trouble shoot what the driving issue was. I thought it was a tire issue at first, and had a tire company come to where I was
parked to check tires. I called him back when tires were ruled out. He drove from at least 30 minutes away from Livingston to
west of Cleveland where I was stopped at a gas station.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent help on the phone doing preliminary trouble shooting. He tested the air system with coach parked at an Exxon
because I was reluctant to drive further and tear the air bags. He drove to a truck parts place in Cleveland to get a new air
valve which fixed the problem. Price was reasonable, $490 for his service call, including cost of the part and labor to
install. It was hotter(heat+humidity, typical Texas) than Hades, too!
