Service Performed:  
Multiple warranty issues with 2005 Gulfstream Independence.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
The work was never completed. Multiple trips were made to the service center. If parts or approvals were ever required from Gulfstream, the work just didn't get done. Dealership placed blame on Gulfstream and vice versa. We the consumer came up empty-handed. REGARDLESS, the communication from the dealership to us was dismal. Any information we got from them we had to beg for. No phone calls ever returned or pro-actively made. Owner refused to talk with us, always putting us back to other staff. WE WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!!
