| Service Performed: | We were traveling and had a problem that made it unsafe to continue on. It was after 5:00 pm and I took a chance to stick my head in and asked if they were closed. They said they were but asked what our problem was. We told them we had a tire or wheel vibration and need help. They took us in and found the problem. They tried to pull the right front wheel off as the brake pad had come loose and jammed itself. They help us get across the street to a large Ford Truck shop where we were able to get the repairs made. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | It is very seldom that a company will go out of it's way to help those that bought from their competitor. When we get ready to trade in, we will be going to Sun Coast RV in Charlotte to buy. Thank you Sun Coast RV. | ||
