| Service Performed: | Wanted wheel bearings repacked and brakes checked. Called 3 times to verify cost. 99 dollars if no parts were necessary. Went to pick up RV and bill was for $236.00. Dealer stated he only lubed axles, brakes were fine. Could not explain additional cost. Offered me 20 dollars back. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Only explanation for total cost was, parts 1 can brake cleaner and 1 tube of NAPA lube. Said he replaced seals, but I used marker on them before I took to dealer. Same seals in hubs. I had to lube axles as 2 had no lube. Battery was run down and evidence of food from RV had been eaten. | ||
