Purchased 2018 Sunseeker, was told significant pre-sale inspection
completed. First trip no water, less than one week owned. Salesman
Tim poor customer service unless you purchased high priced
warranty, no offer of assistance at all. Self diagnosed problem being
manufacturer placement of fresh water intake hose. Found notes in
owner Manuel of same problem previously. Service Mgr
acknowledge prior same problem, changed pump. Pre-existing
condition known and not disclosed at time of sale. Very Poor
Customer Service after sale. Buyer be aware.

sale (used) despite records indicating knowledge of pre-existing

Waited 30 minutes, with 2 other customers needing work done, at service desk while the service manager walked around and completely ignored us .
Needed repair of electric retractable steps; shoulder bolt holding gears in place sheared off. Left copy of insurance coverage, service manager stated he
knew about getting prior authorization for repair.

Work was done without authorization; service manager completely unconcerned about it and wasn't going to release RV without full payment. Had to get the
general manager involved; spent an additional 1.5 hours waiting for the paperwork to be done. I'll go somewhere else the next time I need work done on my
RV.
