Work Done on:
Pop-up Trailer
Travel Trailer

Service Performed:
I traded a 1998 Rockwood pop-up for a used 2001 Starcraft Hybrid Travelstar 17FK from them in July, they are a Rockwood dealer who had sold us our pop-up. After taking the Starcraft our for the first time, there were issues with the roof and air conditioner leaking when it rained. Even though this was not their brand and it was out of warranty (technically) they made sure everything worked on it when I got it, replacing anything that didn't and then doing this repair for free. And since the original owner only provided one set of keys for us, and we'd unsuccessfully contacted Starcraft ourselves trying to get another set, they called Starcraft and got us another set, also no charge.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
They resealed the roof in 2 places and had to refit the air conditioner as the duct was cut too long so the seal wasn't sealed to the roof.
