Fridge went out in 5th wheel two weeks before we had to leave the area. Rob came by and determined it was the cooling unit. The part was only available in
AZ. Bob was able to get the unit shipped immediately and both he and Rob had it installed in less than a week. |

I appreciate that Bob understood our situation, and was able to get the fridge taken care of as soon as possible. They were very careful when pulling the
fridge not to damage the floor or any cabinets. Bob explained what we needed to do, and what to expect with the repair the next 24hrs. I'm very satisfied with the repair, and would not hesitate to call on them again if need be when back in N. Idaho. |

Bob came to my home and spent 2 hours going over everything on my Class B. He checked everything out, gave me tips, and did a complete walk through
with me. Bob is friendly and very knowledgeable and, best of all, he's patient with a newbie like me. |

| Service Performed: | We lost an awning as the result of strong winds. The fabric was ruined as well as the foot pads on the awning arms. New awning was installed and foot pads replaced. | ||
