Replace slide out pinion gears,
replace awning fabric, replace motor on hydraulic pump |

Great work as always. Hydraulic
motor burned up while replacing slide out pinion gears. Kay hunted down the part, got Lippert to pull it and sent an employee to pick it up, all in 2 hrs. Paul stayed late to get everything fixed and back together by supper time so we could stay in our rig. We are full timers and they just understood our needs. 3rd time using this shop and have always been impressed with Paul's knowledge of RVs and always had great results. Kay is wonderful at finding parts and scheduling service and really knows her stuff too; great people and great service. |

Indiana Interstate was recommended by the factory when we stopped there for warranty work. the factory was not able to get us in and scheduled the
appointment with IIE. On the way to IIE we had an accident. Paul and Kay took care of the warranty work and scheduled the accident repair into their busy calendar. |

All the work was done in very timely and professional manner. We arrived a day early for our appointment and they provided a site for us with
electric and water hookups. Paul and Kay were very knowledgeable about RV service and answered all the questions we asked. We have already recommended them to our RV friends. |
