Warranty work for a Freightliner/Cummins electrical warning issue. They are a Freightliner Oasis Dealer. The electrical systems were checked and a possible
issue on the house side was identified. |

The electrical system was thoroughly checked. I dealt with the technician directly and made an appointment through him. The facility was clean and all of the
service employees were friendly. Overall a very positive experience. |

| Service Performed: | Had an oil and fuel service performed. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Inexperienced tech replaced fuel filters dry, lost prime. Was there for 8 hours because they could not get engine running. They cranked and cranked the starter and loosened fuel lines. They had to call Cat hotline for help. On trip home found leaking engine mounted fuel filter at rest stop. It was loose. | ||
