This was a joke I bought a new trailer in November and while taking delivery we found out that the heater was not working, it was
repaired before delivery, there was a scratch on the door which they said they fixed by using a marker.

All work was done but it took 3 weeks. The charges were exorbitant. It was $118 to put in a pop rivet to hold the slide doors in proper position and paint the
rivet gold. Everything they did was a minimum of 1 hour even if it was a 5 minute job. The cameras were covered under warranty which only allowed 2 hours
labor but it took them 2 1/2 hours. To add insult to injury they figured the bill wrong and overcharged by $54 and it took a week to get the refund of the
overcharge. This was a once and done thing and will not go there for service again.

My experience here was very poor. We had purchased out motorhome here, and brought it in several times to have warranty work performed. The
last visit took over 4 weeks to get the motorhome back, and less than 3 man days worth of work was performed. We still have some of the same
issues as when we brought it in. Some items were never addressed at all, and we decided to get the motorhome back and fix some of the simpler
items ourselves. Repairs on some of the items have been attempted 2 and 3 times and are still problems.
The service desk personnel weren't very helpful when calling to get updates, and at times were downright rude. Customer service is not one of the
strong points of this service department, nor of the dealer's management.
We are currently looking for another place to have the remainder of our warranty issues addressed (with the blessing of the manufacturer).

Reseal roof, repair broken cable to gray water dump valve, leaky hydraulic front jack.

Roof reseal seems to be OK. Dump valve repaired properly. Hydraulic jack was not repaired and now when operating the hydraulics the pump blows a 35 amp fuse to the converter. Don't believe I got my money's worth at $3200.!! Would not recommend.

Schaeffer's doesn't even carry my line of trailers, but took on the warranty work to get it done right. Gave the selling dealer multiple chances to fix it, but couldn't get it done. Terry and staff fixed everything under warranty, better than new.

Outstanding work. I have had my unit into Schaeffers a few times for warranty work / recalls and I am impressed with the service and professionalism.
They have fixed my stuff right the first time, in a
timely manner and notified me along the way.
They event went out of their way and fixed some things that they noticed making noise when pulling into the garage.

Some warranty and regular chassis maintenance on a 2005 Newmar Diesel purchased from another dealer/state. Bruce from service did a great job communicating with me about the work to be completed. He also had advance research done by one of his technicians in order to have my rig serviced as quickly as possible. I will return there for service when traveling in the area.
