Evaluation of Service Performed:
We arrived in Phoenix on Friday in 105 temps with a broken air conditioner. I called Tom in the service department and he dispatched his service truck to the RV park within minutes. The tech, Craig, thought he had fixed it and I was able to use the A/C over the weekend but it still had a problem. On Monday Craig was back out and fixed the problem. No recurrences.
Great service and great people.
