Date of Service:
5/2/2019

Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Had VGT Actuator error, that wound up being the
turbo failing. They ordered a new turbo with new VGT
Actuator and installed, tested and reset error
codes. I had to wait an extra day, as Cummins in
Seattle did not ship out the turbo when they were
supposed to. These guys did great work, but
remember, they are not primarily an RV shop. Most of
their work is Log and transfer type trucks.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
The mechanic that actually did the initial
diagnostics, and the mechanic that did the work, were
both top notch and very professional. The service
writer and the service manager were good to deal with.
They actually came in a little below their estimate.
