Fix recurring water leak on slide-out, adjust slide, excessive noise on heat pump startup
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Very poor. After full day of removing sealant from slide, they at least had the honesty to admit they were in way over their heads. Did not address other two problems. On return home I discovered they had opened a storage compartment door and a spray can of undercoat fell out and spattered the compartment sides and roof, contents, side of the coach, and one aluminum wheel. They apparently made minimal attempts at cleanup, and did not mention the event to me.
