Took it in to have the generator starter replaced and the Jack seals and motor replaced as described in the previous review. Took it in on Tuesday and was
called on Friday AM to pick it up. I guess it was actually done on Thursday, but Randy wanted to keep it the extra day to make sure all the air was purged from the lines and the fluid was up. Hit the preheat button on the generator for 15 seconds and then the start button and she started right up.. Ran the jacks one more time down and up for a final fluid check and I couldn't even hear them working. |

The work performed was beyond my expectations as far as the extent of care. Once again happy with service and will be taking it in for a lube and oil change
after my next trip. Also, thanks to Cornerstone Warranties for being so easy for the shop to deal with. |

Took it in to have them clean all the 12V grounds to see if that would fix the genie problem of not starting and they found it was a bad starter. They also
found several jacks were leaking, which I didn't realize was happening as I have been lubing them before retracting them. They ordered the parts and talked with my warranty company and all is covered and it goes in next week. In the past,they worked on my air dryer and cleaned it and replaced the filters and said that the whole unit didn't need to be replaced as a couple of other places did. A couple of months ago, the cooling unit on the fridge went out and they had it replaced in a couple of days and did the ice maker water hose for me too while they had it out. They also serviced my transmission and had it in and out in less than a day. They have also done a couple of things on my '11 Jeep Liberty that I have been very happy with. |

The work they have done has been very professionally done and in a timely fashion. I will definitely be taking it back in the future if needed. Oh, and they
only charge $85 an hour. |

Installed new brakes and drums check out and serviced transmission Safety check
I also have had them service my 1942 Dodge and they did a wonderful job with my old machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

There cost is in line and not over the top and job was done in a very short time. I would not hesitate to tell anyone one that North-Star Industries is a great place to deal with. | ||
