I was quoted a price of $300 or $350, by Jimmy, for a routine transmission service depending on the sump size 2" or 4". The very next day I had the
work done and they presented me a bill for $458.50. When I asked why the quote was not honored, they said the computer gave them the wrong price. The price they quoted me was only intended to lure in an RV rally. They felt no obligation to honor the price they remembered quoting. My transmission had a 2" sump. I don't think they value the RV business, because the truckers are their bread and butter. I won't return. |

| Service Performed: | Replaced alternator did major service on engine. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent work. However WW Williams in Las Vegas replaced the alternator that they installed incorrectly 15 months prior. Long story, it is not clear if they previously made an error or just replaced the alternator without checking whether the replacement was correct for my coach. In any case they did not hesitate making a very through restitution for any error that they may have made. The work they did was first rate. They more than compensated me for any problems that I may had. I would not hesitate using them again. Only complaint is that they could not do any work on the chassis. | ||
