| Service Performed: | Had numerous warranty repairs attempted on new trailer purchased here. They had trailer for 8 of the first 12 months we owned it. Finally took trailer to Leisure Time RV for proper repair. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Their techs are incompetent and discourteous; they take forever to complete a repair. Was told they cannot order parts until after diagnosis is made and sent to manufacturer for approval, than parts will be ordered. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Left at dealer 8 days for estimate. Told each time it would be available next day. After 8 days pulled trailer out. Took it to another dealer. Had estimate and deal to repair in 30 minutes. | ||
