Excellent. I stayed in the waiting room during
service (6 hours)and was informed and discussed all work that was done. Went on a pre-test drive with the tech before work and then after. Knowledgeable and reasonable compared to work in the Twin Cities They even provide a Good Sams Discount! |

This company has been selling and refurbishing buses for decades. They got into the RV business many years ago and are a hidden gem because they don't
really advertise. They are a full service shop (from body work to fixing your water pump). They have long-term techs because very few people ever leave this company. They did exactly what I wanted and were able to get to me right away as opposed to every other facility within a 100 mile radius who were at least three weeks out. They have hookups if you need them and are very friendly and interested in your coach. Prices are "non-big city" prices as well. |

I had written a previous negative post due to no response to a corporate service e-mail. I finally decided to just go to the local shop in Faribault
and talk with their service advisor Margie Herley. I have since scheduled two service appointment for the coach with multiple repairs and have been very well satisfied with work done on my RV, I had one instance where a repair was made to get better heat on the coach and went on a trip, it did not work as well as it should, so I brought it back. The manager more than made up for the cost of bringing it in a second time and it is working great now. They do stand behind their work even though it was a few months between the first repair and our trip out West. Will definitely use them for our service work as we live here in Faribault. Just make sure you request service via the local business and NOT online with their corporate website. |

| Service Performed: | We had a oil leak on the 3126B CAT engine. We were able to get an appointment on the second day and they found the leak, an oil line between the block and the head, replaced it and we were out in about 4 hours. | ||

| Service Performed: | Power steering problem, A/C problem, and wheel noise problem on Workhorse Chassis P32 (Winnebago). Also oil change & lube. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I made an appointment with them several days in advance and left our Motorhome in their well-lit lot the evening before work was scheduled. A part needed to be ordered (power steering pump) which they had received and installed the next day. Sure fixed the problem! They did a fine job for me and I'll use them again if/when needed for work on the Workhorse Chassis. | ||
