My thermostat in my Forest River went bad. I was still under warranty. However, Kruger wasn't an authorized dealer and I had to pay for it (and Forest River was EXCELLENT about reimbursing!).
Evaluation of Service Performed:
They were really helpful! But keep in mind, I had the work done in February, and that's normally not a really busy season for RV service areas. Don't know how they are in busy season.
