Service Performed:   Very new to diesel RV ownership and first experience with heavy truck
service center. Chassis grease, Coolant change, Air Dryer service, Leveling
jack service, Ride height adjustment and replace broken hose clamp.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work was performed promptly, all items addressed and clearly denoted on
Work Order, cost was much less than expected. This facility is very modern,
clean, well-kept and all personnel I encountered were courteous and
professional.

  Date of Service:   11/30/2015
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Check Engine light came on. Error code detected was 332 - low voltage on #1 injector solenoid. Found hose clamp on oil filler tube had not been tightened and had been leaking oil and collecting grime on #1 injector since delivered from factory (currently at 18,000 miles). Cleaned up mess, including injector, and connections. Then tested voltage to all injectors. Then tested wiring harness. Then swapped #1 and # 4 injector.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work was assigned to trainee tech who had not worked on Cummings engine. Experienced tech advised assigned tech to clean and test connections (first
test), but did not tell him that the engine had to be started to reset the error code, resulting in all subsequent testing unnecessary; was charged for
13.21 hours labor, most of which was unnecessary.

Was told by service desk the $1175 labor charge was not covered by warranty. In conflict with stated factory warranty. Did not properly re-torque fuel line
to #1 injector resulting in covering the rear of coach and entire tow vehicle in diesel fuel and another stop at Amarillo White Freightliner dealer to fix
problem left by Waco Freightliner. Ironically, Amarillo Freightliner was working on another repair of a Waco Freightliner "fix" the same day.
  Value of Service:   Poor
