| Service Performed: | Issue with my cameras, step cover and radio not working, intermittent issue... Also Tom outsourced RV body work which was required and his business contact did a superb job. | ||

Generator was low on oil item fixed
Trailer 7 pin connector had bad relay toad wiring installed All work was completed in a professional manner hourly rate was a little expensive for toad wiring but considering southern California it's reasonable. Will definitely come back for future service. FYI, They only work on coaches not chassis and also have a well stocked RV goodie store. |

| Service Performed: | I have used Rick's for all work not associated with the Kodiak running gear. They do work on most house appliances, plumbing, electric and diesel generator maintenance. They replaced the refrigerator door, changed out light fixtures and replaced all three Onan filters. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The service area has room for several class A's at a time and is very clean. Tom and his staff will give you an honest read as to what needs fixing and what can wait rather than trying to scare you into doing a whole laundry list of high profit inspections and repairs. They have honored both appointments I have made with them and know how to work with the extended warranty company which I have covering the rig. | ||

| Service Performed: | Landing Gear adjustment, axle alignment and tire rotation. In 2003 they installed my air bags on my truck and did an outstanding job. | ||
