Warranty for 7 minor items among them was a non functioning refrigerator and a
slide motor that was defective. |

Very good, everything was satisfactorily completed in a timely manor.
Southern personal were very responsive and courteous. Since we did not purchase our unit from Southern it was a very pleasant experience dealing with them. |

They were supposed to replace a ceiling panel where there had been some water damage. After turning in the RV for service we decided to list the
RV on consignment. They were supposed to make the repairs and then list the RV. Four months later we decided to keep the RV, and they STILL hadn't completed the work. |

The level of craftsmanship was horrible. You can see where they shot nails into the panel. The panel was scratched up, and the panel is pure white
and the walls are tan. |

| Service Performed: | My motorhome caught on fire due to Norcold refrigerator default. This dealership was the Atlanta Norcold warranty center and since the refer company referred them, we decided to use them. They replaced refrigerator, all kitchen cabinetry, all ceiling material and wiring in LR/Kitchen. Replaced tile flooring, 2 windows, plus replaced aluminum roof with rubber roof and reworked exterior fiberglass because of scorch. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Took a long time, 4 months. But the bill to insurance and refer co. was in excess of $13k. The work was beautiful and we've had no problems. Possibly better than new. I'd recommend them in the future and will probably use them for all service from now on. They do it all. | ||
