| Service Performed: | Warranty work done on the slider. The work was attempted 3 different times and never completed once. Last time they left most of the nail holes not puttied and no caulk around panel. Had the rubber gasket fall out after being replaced during service. Service workers used all of the propane on coach and broke the tank cover when they turned it on. Gave me the unit back after service with staples all over the floor and filthy from them coming in and out during service | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | There is no work ethic at this place! I have never seen such poor work from a dealer and I am just glad that my warranty is up so I can take it somewhere else from now on!! | ||

| Service Performed: | Fascia on slide repaired, leak on back window not fixed. Brand new trailer, and they didn't secure the recliners when we took it home, and they tore off the fascia. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They had trailer for 3 weeks, person working on it was fired, and they didn't know what was done, flat panel TV was stolen, with no break-in evident. They refused to cover the loss. | ||
