Service Performed:
After Forks Freightliner was unable to find the cause of my "Check Engine" light, they set-up a "special" appointment at their home dealership of Fargo Freightliner. I was told they'd look at the trouble immediately and get me on my way to western ND asap. I arrived for my appointment on-time the next day, and was regarded rather warily, although my name was on their service call list.
I was then backed into a service bay. I was then ignored for over two hours. Upon asking how long it would be, I was told they needed the Cummins computer on another job and they didn't know how long it was going to take. No one bothered to keep me informed.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Work was not done. I left after being told they just didn't know when they could "make time" for me. When I told them I was leaving, they seemed to actually be glad I was leaving. I had the distinct impression they would rather work on trucks and not motorhomes. Not the Service Manager, nor the Assistant Service Manager, bothered to step out of their offices to talk with me nor apologize for any inconvenience. I spoke with the Assistant Service Manager personally and as I said I was leaving and why, he just shrugged and went back to his computer screen.
