  Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
  Service Performed:   Check front cap for cracks and repair cracks. Made appointment for the Oct13th 2 weeks before via email, Received confirmation from Pleasureland.
But when drop off they had no records. Had to explain all what needed to be done again. PDI on brakes adjustment, Gray water handle needs
replacement, Sealant around basement area needs to be replaced. Told Pleasureland to get my approval before any work is done that's not covered
by the warranty!!!!
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Pleasureland emailed that the camper was ready to be picked up. There's a bill for sealant $150 for checking the brakes not adjusting them! and
$130 for sealant. Service Manager was uninformed and rude to my wife. Didn't follow are instruction for the work. Many emails and phone call later
they said to just get the camper and all bills have been removed. Picked up camper and the graphics on the cap where missing DA. Had to email
Crossroads and request graphic be sent to me and I would find some one to install the graphics and adjust the brakes.

  Service Performed:   Even though this Company is an authorized dealer, they refused to service our BRAND NEW Onan Generator stating we won't get reimbursed enough so we won't do the work.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   THEY REFUSED to do anything even though everything is still under warranty, we had an appointment and we
told them the fault code from the generator.
