  Service Performed:   Replace deep cycle battery's
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Battery's installed as requested and within the price quoted. Tech failed to secure the batteries (they were just sitting in the compartment) also, they did not
clean out the old battery acid or battery area. Attention to detail was lacking on such an easy job makes you wonder how this could happen.

  Service Performed:   Install new A/C and thermostat. Troubleshoot leaky door seal and fan.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Poor. A/C installation with improper internal switch settings. Thermostat not programmed correctly. Fan problem unsolved, I ended up fixing it myself. Instead of replacing rear door seal as requested, they did riveting and other work and now double-pane window seal is broken and filled with condensation. Camper was returned in filthy condition: wood chunks, from A/C and thermostat install, metal shavings, sawdust covering everything from front to rear. Carpet cover was pushed aside and carpet filthy. Astounding incompetence.

  Service Performed:   I have had my coach in Long View multiple times for numerous repairs including the leveling system and other significant repairs.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Inconsistent work and poor communications. Some things they
repaired well and others like the leveling system poorly done. One trip there was a list of work and some was
not covered by my extended warranty and I told them not to fix. When I picked up the motorhome some of those were
half way fixed and some of the work that was supposed to be done was not fixed. They are friendly people but their ability to administratively mange the work is poor.

  Service Performed:   We purchased a used Class A diesel motorhome from Longview. The agreement was that we would purchase items that we wanted replaced and they would waive the installation labor, which they did. The part prices were fair.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   When we picked up the coach we noticed that several items were not installed properly or carelessly. They even caused damage to the interior but would not admit it. When we confronted the service department they could not help us. They gave us one excuse after another until we gave up. They technician was not truthful.

  Service Performed:   We picked up out new Dutchman pop up and took it camping. We found 41 things wrong with it. When we took it back the comment on the part of the Manager was "your check cleared What do you want us to do?". We tried to get the blatant safety issues fixed. It was not that they would not, it was that they did not know how to work on something as simple as a pop-up and just kept lying to us that it was fixed.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   What was done was done incorrectly or half baked. There kept it for weeks during peek camping season and did not do anything to the camper or on another time only did the stuff you could see with out setting it up. Totally not recommended
