| Service Performed: | Checked brake noise and binding after 5,000 miles after a break repair by a private facility that refused to warranty work | ||

Dis-assembled, diagnosed as misadjusted, brake shoe pad came out in pieces. Took pictures of damage, turned drums and replaced brake shoes. Notified
me so I could inspect damage and parts. Very nice to deal with. |

Beware, when you make an advance written appointment at Camping World, they only consider it a 'check-in time' when you arrive. My work started 3
hours after my promised appointment and then only after strong complaint by me. Personnel were all pleasant as they did their damage control defending terrible company policies. |

5th Wheel Trailer

We had a blow out about 30 mi. east of Tucson. I called Camping World and they said they had a tire. They worked us into their schedule and got us in and installed a new tire and had us on our way within a couple of hours.
Some of the counter staff will ignore you, but Rod and the service manager will help you. Once you get to the actual service department the people are great. A couple of the people at the service counter will actually ignore you though. |
