While RV Sales gave me a good price on the hitch and installation, the work done left some to be desired. I found a few of the mounting bolts not tightened all the way. The hitch itself was not adjusted properly and there was play in the mounting. The handle that is used to make the hitch slide was installed wrong, it would be in the
slide position when it was locked in the travel position. I spent a few hours readjusting clearances, tightening bolts and fixing the control handle. |

| Service Performed: | Refrigerator wouldn't get very cold and freezer would only get barely cold.. We pulled it from campground about 40 miles to R.V.Sales in the afternoon and the owner, Ralph, checked everything and said it appeared that there may have been a bubble in the ammonia and the trip worked it out.. Since it was late he suggested we back in to one of his electric hook-ups and stay the night.. He came in the morning and everything was working as normal..When I ask what we owed he said "Nothing. There wasn't anything wrong." We ended up buying a newer trailer from them.. Best people we've ever dealt with. | ||
