Attempt to repair mast antenna
Evaluation of Service Performed:
The service manager told me they replace the entire antenna assembly. After returning home, found the antenna still did not work. Took the coach back to Balzanna's, where the service tech admitted he had not installed a new antenna. They then attempted to install the new antenna they had previously ordered and charged my insurance for, but ad neither the tools nor expertise to do so. Left with a still non-functioning antenna, and a bunch of dangling wires. The most unprofessional and incompetent service organization we have ever had the displeasure of encountering.
