I took my unit in on Thursday afternoon. I dropped it off and they moved it into a service back before I could even get off the property. Within and hour they
had completed inspection, determined the problem and had a VERY reasonable estimate. They called me for approval of charges. The following Monday morning they called to tell me my unit was ready to be picked up. I have NEVER had such quick turnaround. Brought the unit home, and it rained pretty heavy just a few days later. All was Dry. Could not be more pleased with both the service manager Phil, the service I received, and the exceptional price. |

Decal's were bubbling up over rivets and cracking.
Other minor issues with trailer. Side turn signals glowed faintly, |

Phil at May's went out of the way to fix a design flaw, seems the air trapped in the head of the rivet expands with hot weather. Causing the decal to bubble up and crack. He contacted Monaco for guidance and before they authorized it, he even fixed the problem. He removed the part of the decal on the rivet, and painted the rivet to match the decal.
Fixed turn signals as well. May's RV have been nothing but excellent to work with. |
