I had a grease seal fail on one of my wheels, coating my
entire brake drum with grease as well as a failed backing plate and spring. John came out on short notice as it was a bit of an emergency repair for us, and got it fixed right away. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: |
John got there and pulled the brake drum off and
pieces fell out as soon as he removed it. Quickly figured out we needed a new backing plate and called Capital Hitch. They had the part in stock and I went to go pick it up while he cleaned up the mess and prepped everything to go back together. |
