The steering on our coach is awful even
though we had a Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer (installed by the previous owner). We called Safe-T-Plus in Austell, GA at 3:30 and told them we were about 30 minutes away in Atlanta. They said if we could get there before 4:30 (Atlanta traffic) a technician could look at it. We barely made it but he did more than inspect the one on our coach but found it was installed incorrectly and the wrong one for our RV. They sold us the correct model, gave me a 15% discount and installed it free, all that afternoon. They stayed open late to get us taken care of. Because it was 6:30 by the time he was finished they invited us to dry camp in their parking lot. The coach steers great now, Safe-T- Plus has outstanding customer service and I HIGHLY recommend them. They even invited our dog in the office and spoiled her. She does not want to leave.
