They went beyond expectations with their excellent trouble-shooting and repair of our rig's engine. They kept cost reasonable
and fair. They did everything they could to help us, making sure that the ECM was truly inoperative, testing and running it. In the end, they had to replace the ECM, saving us thousands over what a mobile RV repair guy from Georgia had quoted us just for the part! If we ever needed engine service in Sevierville, we would run back to these guys. Professional, empathetic, efficient, fair. We can't say enough good things about this service facility & their people. AAAA+++ |
