Date of Service:
Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel
Replaced alternator and chased air leaks.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
I called James a couple days in advance and explained
I was bringing a new alternator with me for
replacement. I arrived the morning agreed and
William, the technician, completed the replacement
first thing and then chased air leaks for me. The
alternator was replaced in just over an hour and the
air leaks were quickly located and check valves
tightened down in about a half an hour. Everyone was
very pleasant and followed through with request
timely and as agreed. Special instructions were
clearly communicated and completed. Very pleased.
Only complaint would be that the bill was for 2.5
hours when I was there under 2 hours. The owner,
Chris, was quick to remove a half hour and bring the
billing more in line with actual. $120/hr labor rate.
