  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent Service, very knowledgeable, extremely timely
and highly recommended. Offered up other service tips to
care for motor home.

  Service Performed:   My inverter wasn't being utilized to
it's maximum potential. The
manufacture only connected one
residential refrigerator and one
television to this invertor. I told
these technicians we have requested
before that I would like to add two
DirecTV receivers and the
television in the rear bedroom to
the existing inverter. Not only were
they able to support my request they
confirmed that the inverter could
support all appliances turned on at
once. This was done by performing an
amp draw on every appliance I wanted
powered off the inverter and the amp
draw was well below the output
capability of the inverter.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   All the concealed new electrical
wiring, new outlets and the
additional battery were installed in
manner that it looked like the
manufacturer performed the install.
These guys gave my ten year old 5th
wheel added features that the latest
and greatest RV's have. My wife and
I got ready to go to bed that
evening and we found they had
installed 2 additional USB charging
reptacles on either side of our bed
next to our night stands. This
wasn't even a request but turned
into a huge surprise to my wife and
I. Thank you guys for going the
extra mile. You always do every time
we call. Note they are well worth
their hourly rate of $80 an hour and
I highly recommend the guys at R&S
Mobile RV to RV owners who like to
interact with technicians that love
their profession.

Travel Trailer
  Service Performed:   It was the Fourth of July. I had everything planned out for my family. It was going to be a wonderful family vacation to remember
in our brand new travel trailer. Well, being the proud owner of a new RV I didn't expect the AC to stop cooling my family off our
first time out. This gets even better. Mama looked at me like I knew the AC was broken to begin with and I took her on this trip
anyway. This is not the kind of fire works guys that are married enjoy if you know what I mean. Smile
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I contacted R&S and they were on another job but one of them broke away from the job they were on to come to us right away.
Rob shook my hand and in his other hand he was holding a nice sized blower fan. He simply asked me, where's Mama? I pointed to
the RV. He entered the RV, said hello to my Wife, plugged in the blower fan and pointed it right at her. I pretty sure she
didn't respond. He knew all too well the kind of fireworks I was enduring... must be a guy thing. Smile Well, Mama didn't
start with the sparklers she started with the Roman Candles! I felt so bad for Rob but he continued to be extremely
professional and took her verbal assault like a man. She told the truth. We were not provided with a thorough walk through the
dealership had promised us and we knew very little about the RV. Rob merely asked us how long we were staying at the RV park
and told us he would be willing to come back at no charge to provide us with a thorough walk through and answer all of our
questions we may have. To my surprise he didn't bash the dealership for not providing us with a proper walk through. Nor did
he bash them for not ensuring the AC Freeze Sensor was positioned correctly so it wouldn't fall out and the cooling coils
wouldn't freeze over. I believe we paid a $500 prep fee at time of purchase and the dealership should have caught this minor
oversight. Rob defended them by saying there is a high demand for RV Techs and the RV Service industry is lacking qualified
Technicians to perform this type of work. Wow, what a positive attitude and experience from beginning to end. Rob came back
our last day as promised and provided us with a two hour walk through. He provided us with a few business card and instructed
us to call him if we had any questions during our next adventure. He shook my hand, charged us very little for his gas and
told me that our journey has just begun. I knew what that meant. Thank you Rob for saving our Fourth of July and making it
one to remember.

  Service Performed:   Major Electrical Failure. Both AC
units inoperable and it was extremely hot.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Rob and Steve diagnosed the problem
within 10 minutes. Our Energy
Management System Control Board EMS
shorted out. They bypassed the EMS
Control Board and sent power to both
AC units immediately. They returned
to their shop to retrieve a new EMS
control board and was off the clock
at no charge to us while they drove
to get the part. They returned,
installed the new EMS Control Board,
tested the system and explained it's
primary function. They vacuumed the
area they were working at in the
bedroom at the power distribution
box, provided us with a extremely
fair bill, I tipped them the
remaining amount I thought we should
have been billed for and they were
off to their next customer. SUPERB
will continue to use their services
in the future when passing through
and recommend them to our FMCA

  Service Performed:   Repaired broken Schintek sprocket. The
slide�s gears were grinding and not closing
on one corner. They opened the slide,
removed the damaged sprocket, Picked up a
new sprocket, aligned the new sprocket,
track, motor, and sealed everything water
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The Slide is opening and closing smoothly
now and doesn�t even look like any work was
performed on the RV.
