Patched two holes in the side above the entry door. Also, straightened the
bent/warped side entry door. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: |
The body is aluminum and the two holes were almost punctured through.
They did an excellent job of patching. Because of the warp in the side entry door, it would not close completely at the top. That is now fixed. |
