Our AC went out during 100+ degree weather. Chad had just ordered extra AC units and installed a loaner for us. He then contacted the company and
found we were still under warranty. He ordered a new unit for us and when it arrived a couple of days later, he installed it. Since the unit was still under warranty, he only charged us for installing the new unit and nothing for the use of loaner or installing it. He was fast, efficient and a true lifesaver. |

He was fast, efficient, very knowledgeable and took care of everything for us. We didn't need to contact the manufacturer because he had them on speed-
dial. I would highly recommend him anywhere near south/central Illinois. |
