  Date of Service:   11/7/2018
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   The theatre seating which we ordered was
the correct material and options. The original
installation wasnít completed. 5 of the 6
bolts to secure the seating to something
secure are in place. The sixth bolt isnít
installed since there isnít a frame piece
underneath that location and he didnít have a
long enough flat steel piece to work. So that
will have to be fixed. The chair still rocks
back and forth.

The custom cabinets are another matter.
You didnít charge me for the cabinet that
wasnít installed. The workmanship is just
poor throughout. 1. The stain doesnít match
any of the current wood cabinets. 2. The
front facing on the cabinet next to the kitchen
was supposed to match front facing on the
heater cover. (The original conversation with
the cabinet individual indicated he was going
to use the front panels from the old couch.
He didnít do that). 3. There isnít a way to
open the cabinet next to the kitchen except
by sticking a knife between the wood and
lifting up. Then since the covering for the
wires wasnít installed, the wires are exposed
inside the cabinet. The cabinet is also about
an inch to long since a floor wasnít installed.
You can see through the bottom. It also isnít
square with the wall or molding installed.
Basically just useless. 4. The extra piece of
plywood that was installed, it appears to be
stained matched correctly, it was just placed
over the top of the current wood so that
changed the appearance of the corner and
the staples are visible. They were not
backfilled with material. 5. The cabinet for
the heating vent also isnít stained correctly.
Nor is it square against the wall, and again to
long. In fact, plain wood is showing that
hasnít been stained. The coverings for the
screws donít match the style in this coach
since there isnít any in the whole coach
except what was installed by you. A
adjoining top cap was repositioned to help
with the gap on the installation and the
staples used are showing. The L brackets on
both cabinets are on the outside and not the
inside and are a couple of different colors.

The cabinets were very poor workmanship
installing and crafting.

The old holes from the factory installed shelf
which was removed and not replaced are still
open and no attempt was made to close
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The initial time estimate was 2 to 4 hours for
installation depending on what was required.
We arrived at 9 am and didnít depart till after
5 pm.

This was not a professional installation nor
was it even close to being factory installed.
The cabinetry is totally unacceptable and the
seating isnít totally secured.
