Service Performed:  
Check engine light was on and indicated lost of speed calibration signal to
ECM. Technicians scoped engine and noted fault was active. Two courses
of action were discussed. One involved adding wires to ECM and taching
engine RPM or flashing the ECM because check engine light was first
observed after loss of all power to engine. Owner replaced starting relay.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
Flashed ECM after backing up specific engine data. Reloaded engine data
and engine speed calibration data was loaded successfully. Cleared active
code.
