We were stuck over 1000 miles from
home and needed emergency repairs to the hitch for our travel trailer. We called during the evening expecting to leave a voice mail. A person answered!! They were able juggle their booked schedule and see us the next day in the morning! The Technician showed up and was extremely polite and, as it turned out, very competent!! Parts were needed and we were not charged for the time needed by the tech to go get them. All said, it was a very pleasant experience in a frightful situation. I'd recommend this company to take care of any situation!! |
