| Service Performed: | While going through Palmdale computer gave 2 error messages and put engine in safe mode only letting me idle. After turning off message cleared and I drove to Range and they connected scanner. Scanner said throttle actuator problem which Raoul checked. As it was working there was nothing he could find. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Both the service writer, Leighann, and the mechanic, Raoul, went the extra mile to help us. We arrived at 4:30 and they both worked late to help us. After checking it we went for a test drive, no problem. The next morning Raoul called to see if there had been any problems after we left. He was upset that he was unable to find what caused the problem and was very concerned. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | This was performed under warranty while on the road. Called on Wed, fit me in Fri AM. Had to order part, had me out following Fri. No hookups, so we took toad and went home to Mesquite, NV. They called Thurs, we drove back Fri to pick it up. | ||
