Company owner John was dispatched by my road
service. He did a very careful & super job getting my diesel pusher hooked up, then found the hydraulic filter had fallen off the engine and was caught by a cluster of wires. At that point he could have simple towed me 50 miles in the wrong direction and dumped me there at the mercy of the repair shop. But he didn't. He replace the filter while I drove my car to town to buy hydraulic oil. Then he carefully put everything back in place and unhooked the tow truck. |
