EXCELLENT!! We called the day before and told them
we would arrive in Lincoln around 2:00 p.m. Service manager said stop by and they could probably work us in. The next day at 2:00 p.m. we pulled into their parking lot and they had our coach in a bay by 2:20. At 3:05 the mechanic said he had located the stuck double shuttle valve and had located a replacement locally. At 4:25 they pulled us out of the bay and sent us on our way. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only negative is customers are not allowed inside the shop. |
