Okay, so replacing a plug is no big deal, but what
impressed me was service tech Sebastian. He listened to me over the phone and offered to order the right part. After replacing the part, I was still having trouble with a turn signal. He then made a service call to me down the street (coach was parked elsewhere) to diagnose the turn signal problem at no charge. Very professional with 20+ years experience. The other Truckin Thunder in Ashland was not willing to help me. Sebastian is a super tech! Thank you! |
