Service Performed:  
Diagnose why there is no power in the
coach. Determined new batteries had been
incorrectly installed by another service
provider.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
The service tech did an excellent job
checking our RV and quickly identified the
batteries had been incorrectly installed.
They reinstalled the batteries correctly and
checked the entire RV. They were very
professional, courteous, and explained the
issue to me thoroughly. A tech from another
service had suggested the inverter may be
bad and require a $5,000 replacement. I
was very grateful for their expertise and
honesty.
